The new Powell Library, located at 217 East 3rd Street, is scheduled to open to the public on Friday, April 24, 2026, with a community-wide Grand Opening celebration planned from 1:00–5:00 p.m. The event is designed to be a true celebration of Powell, with plans for food trucks, community activities, and special historical exhibits.
